Thankful – A Message from John Spencer, Chief Operations Officer

Looking back over the past year, the Platinum Educational Group family has much to be thankful for. We have experienced a season of positive growth as we strive to continue to bring our customers the absolute best testing, competency tracking, and accreditation reporting solutions on the market. The Platinum Educational Group Sales & Marketing Team works daily to spread the good news about how our software solutions help bridge the gap between educators, preceptors, and students! They will not rest and will continue to share how the Platinum Educational Group software solutions can improve educator efficiency, student outcomes, and patient care globally!


Our Education Team has had a busy year remapping the EMS banks to align with the new National Education Standards, developing new advanced technology-enhanced items for nursing and EMS, and starting the development of new performance exam materials that will allow our EMS customers to continue to prepare their students to pass their national credentialing examinations successfully. The Education Team also worked closely with our Sales and Development Teams to expand the list of professions supported by our competency-tracking solution. Thanks to the hard work of our teams, Platinum Planner now supports competency tracking and compliance reporting for EMS, Nursing, and thirty additional Allied Health Professions. In addition, the Platinum Educational Group Education Team has continued to provide initial and refresher training sessions to our new and existing customers to ensure they have the best experience with our software solutions.


Our Development Team never rests! Not only have they been helping expand our product profession offerings, but they have also been hard at work bringing customer-requested features to life in our software solutions. Customer-submitted feature requests are reviewed monthly by our Future Feature Committee, and then the best Development Team around takes the wishes of our customers and makes them a reality! The Platinum Educational Group Development Team keeps our organization and software solutions on the leading edge of innovation!


The Platinum Educational Group Customer Support Team holds down the frontlines each day, answering customer support requests with absolutely stellar performance! They are ready and willing to assist our customers via live chat, email ticketing, or phone. The Customer Support Team provides industry-leading customer and technical support seven days a week, boasting an average response time of under twenty minutes and an average issue resolution time of less than sixty minutes!


The Platinum Educational Group family is truly amazing, but none of us could do what we do without the dedication and support of our incredible customers! We are grateful for the continued support of our customers and promise to continue to deliver the best service in the industry!
