Platinum Educational Group’s Development Team is always working to improve our software.  This means users will regularly see updates and enhancements happening on our sites. These changes are fueled by ideas and suggestions from our users, as well as attempts to adhere to guidelines set by different accrediting bodies. 

To coincide with these changes, we take action to keep our clients informed.  We will update our Knowledge Base articles, which can be searched by clicking the red help button in the lower right-hand corner of our pages. We distribute our monthly newsletter full of helpful articles. We also list announcements in the New Features section found on our user’s Platinumed.com dashboard.

While our New Features tab is sometimes overlooked, it does contain a great deal of information about the newest changes in behavior. Any time a new feature is released a post will be added to explain what is different and the intention of the alteration. These posts will often include videos or images to elaborate.
