We at Platinum Educational group pride ourselves on creating some amazing software but we do recognize there is always room for improvement. This is why we value our users’ feedback so immensely. Suggestions and insights from our actual clients are a major driving force in the features and updates that we develop.
Back in 2016, we established a future features committee to review, discuss, and prioritize the ideas we receive. Even when we can’t complete every suggestion, the feedback helps us detect areas where our software can be the most enhanced, informing the items we do complete. The goal is selecting and developing the items that will give us the best product we can for the most clients we can.

Using the request portal does require you to create an account, but the purpose of this is that you will be able to track your requests as they go through our review and potential implementation process. Additionally, we may contact you with follow-up questions for clarification on your vision of the proposed change.
