It prohibits the circumvention of technological measures used to protect copyrighted works and imposes penalties for copyright infringement. It can help us develop our platform while being a hindrance to students using our platform to cheat by posting our questions online and using AI to answer for them.Some considerations and challenges regarding Artificial intelligence include the following:

The DMCA’s anticircumvention provisions may restrict access to copyrighted content, limiting the development and deployment of AI-driven educational tools.
- Digital Rights Management (DRM). Content creators frequently use DRM technologies to control access to their works and prevent unauthorized copying and distribution. While DRM helps protect copyrighted content, it also can hinder the development of AI-powered educational tools by restricting access to crucial materials.
- Ethical and legal considerations include healthcare educators' need to navigate the ethical and legal implications of using AI during education, including issues related to intellectual property rights, data privacy, and the need for informed consent. Educators must ensure compliance measures with copyright laws and leverage AI technology to improve educational outcomes.
In today's healthcare, education is being rapidly transformed by AI. This transformation provides personalized learning experiences, engaging simulations, and advanced analytic capabilities. However, AI in healthcare education raises ethical and legal issues related to the DMCA.
